"A spring broke after being replaced two years earlier by Door Man & Son. I called Mike and he came out within a couple hours of my phone call. He not only replaced the spring at no charge but upgraded them both to a heavier gauge spring. He stood behind his work and was professional in every way."

"Mike was timely, professional and went above and beyond in repairing our garage door. Originally thought the problem was just one spring, ended up being both. He replaced the cables and repaired part of one bracket at no extra charge. Really impressive that he could fix it so quickly considering we're in the middle of the holiday season. Highly recommend."
