"The response time was excellent. The repairs were done fast. We got a new motor, chain, two remotes, an outside wireless controller, and a link to an app so we can open the door before we get in range of the remote. We are very pleased with the service."

"The Doorman & Sons are our new go-to for all things garage door repair/services. We called for replacement of two torsion springs, and they were able to come out next day, first thing in the morning. Drew was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the torsion springs, but he went above and beyond to service and check our whole garage door system. Upon inspection, he found a broken hinge and was able to replace that right away. We can’t say enough great things about our experience - from the quote to appointment setup and work completion. 10/10 recommend and we look forward to using The Doorman in the future! A great local Newberg family run business!"

"Mike came over and helped rescue a vehicle we had trapped in the garage the same day I called. Drew came over the next day to replace the broken spring and got it fixed in less than an hour! Awesome customer service and super friendly."
