"Our garage door was stuck open. Spring broke, bracket bent. I called them on July 7 and they came an hour later. Drew was a great young man. Super polite and respectful. He is the Grandson of owner, RIGHT HERE IN NEWBERG! Love to buy local and there price was similar to Dave's in Beaverton. They couldn't come till tomorrow. JOB IS BETTER THAN FIXED! SO EASY- RELIEVED! All brand new spring and bracket right on the truck!"

"Awesome service! The spring on our garage door broke on Sunday night, so we sent an email that night to The Door Man hoping to get it fixed ASAP. They called us at 7:30am the next day to set up a time to come out that morning and by 10:30am it was fixed. Drew was the installer and he did a fantastic job!"
